We are from Louisiana, young and driven & went to college in Canada and started a painting company in Montreal, we have moved back to Louisiana after many years and are expanding down in Louisiana, we’re family owned and have great prices and are willing to go the extra step to satisfy our customers. Our prices are great and greatly reasonable for turn around for apartments or just regular maintenance such as drywall repair.

You can paint over plaster, but repair any damage to the plaster first, or the paint will crack and bubble. You should also prepare the surface of the plaster to accept paint, which gives your paint job the best chance of looking good and lasting a long time. For smaller cans with plastic lids, you can run the top under hot water to loosen the lid. 

Professional painters usually use at least two coats of paint when adding a new color. Depending on the surface they’re painting, painters may apply a primer coat before two coats of paint. Ceilings, trim, and baseboards typically get one coat of paint applying a fresh coat of the same color.

Painting over stucco could be a good idea if you’d like an entirely different color for your home or if your stucco is largely cracked and faded. Painting also helps prevent moisture from entering cracks, which could lead to mold and mildew growth.
