Pedro's Painting Contractor

My home is located in upper Lafayette on 7th and Sterling between Jefferson and Louisiana. The homes in the area run about $80,000 at most. I've had one contractor already pressure wash and scrap the entire house already but because of family problems he had to return to Texas. I joined Angie's List just to find a reputable painter and Pedro was the first I phoned. It took him approximately a week to finally go and appraise the condition of the 1500 square foot house that has pretty much been stripped already and he came back to me today with a quote of $17,000. The man is definitely off his rocker! To think my family contacted him also to do work on my Mother's home in the Girard Park area and I shudder to think what he'll quote for that job!!!

He showed up on time. His workers were very polite, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. They spent just as much time prepping as they did painting. The paint was excellent and it lasted. They patched things and caulked things before painting. It was a really, really, professional job. He spent a tremendous amount of time working on painting some frames that a previous contractor messed up and he did an excellent job and they looked brand new again.
