The owner, Brad Price, was very actively involved in every step of the process.  He showed up when he said he would be there, thoroughly explained what went into the price he quoted me and what I could expect if I signed on with his company.  When I approved the cost, he delivered on all of the expectations that he set with me.  The painters showed up on the time and date set, Brad consistently checked in on his contractor's work and progress, kept me updated along the way, they picked up at the close of each day, and Brad did a walk through to assure I was satisfied when the work was complete.  Most of the painting was outside, but for the smaller part of inside painting, the contractors were also careful not to track in dirt, they went around carpets, and painted carefully around fixtures, protected floors and areas not being painted, etc.

Constant conflict with worker. I had to be present to ensure work was done as required. Much excessive paint left over - approximately 4 gallons. I was never given a receipt for final payment. These guys just wanted to get to the next job.

Everything went very well.
