"I recently bought this new home here in Lake Charles area I was referred to D&D construction from a friend to insist with the completion of work I need done here at my location came.. upon following through i contacted the owner of D and D , he later came and surveyed the job gave me a great price & I was told that my wrk would be completed the next day, that very next day the company was there at my location just like the owner had provided, the doors & shower that I had installed I approved it , the wrk was very professionalism I would highly recommend D and D too anyone if their in need of any wrk done!!"

Metal corners, often referred to as corner beads for square corners, are used on drywall installations to provide structural reinforcement to vulnerable outside corners. Metal corners also offer a precise and straight edge that facilitates sharp and clean lines, crucial for achieving a polished and professional finish.

Only use spackle on plaster walls when the imperfection is small. It’s best used for nail holes or small dings in the plaster. Spackle dries quickly, allowing you to continue the repair process shortly after using it. Plaster can be tricky to repair, though, so if you run into issues, call a pro so that you don’t risk further damage.

It is more difficult to drywall a ceiling than it is to drywall a wall, but not so hard that DIYers can’t tackle it. One of the main issues with hanging drywall on your ceiling is getting it into place.
