"Best client that I never did meet! Thank you for calling us and please call back anytime! Thank you for the lovely review!"
"Ok folks, this was just plain fun! How many clients ever asked me to build a play set with a zip line? None! Thanks for calling me to do something different and fun for you and your beautiful young family! I hope you get to enjoy it for many years! You guys get the cool parents of the year award for sure! Your kids are very lucky! Call back anytime!"
"Thank you for calling us. I hope we helped you get every penny you was asking for the house. Best of luck going back to Colorado!"
"Dear customer, I think we entertained each other on that job equally and I believe we all learned something new. Interesting job and another great client. I'm so grateful to not work for great people, I get to simply meet great people! Kudos to Angie's list combined with word of mouth and the great review system. Just to let you guys know that the calls are picking up and I won't be able to get to everyone. That's just the facts of life in the modern age. I won't grow because it's hard to keep up with quality and trustworthiness once too big so I don't have phone operators or office staff or anything like that. If you call and I miss you, try again later, or earlier. Or I might need a little time because I'm into something that requires me to think really hard and I block out distractions sometimes. My Estimates are only good for 60 days so if I can't get to your job in 60 days I probably won't even go out and waste our time... With that said, things change on a dime, sometimes people cancel and a openings do occur so that's about as best I can explain what's going on currently with us. September 4, 2005. Now I'm going fishing and visiting the rest of the weekend! Have a good Labor Day weekend! Take care!"
"Thank you so very much for the work and he great review. You are very much appreciated!"
"Here we have Another great, great, great, client with a first class method of payment and is super easy to work for. Its really nice when people make my job easy. Please Call again anytime, not too soon though. :-) Thank you!"
"Thank you so much for the work! It took a little give and take with that insurance company, so I wouldn't want to make a habit of that, but it still worked out fine? You were my first client that I never actually met and still have not meet to this day. You did a great job communicating on the phone though! Thank you for the quick payment!"
"Thank you so much for hiring us for your project. Call again anytime!"
"Thank you for your continued business with my company! ATTENTION Angies List members. If you have contacted me recently for work and I personally took down your information then I apologize but my phone sank to the bottom of bayou Teche. If I did not contact you back I am sorry but all of my contacts were lost. It made me sick to think of all the photos and business stuff lost, However, thanks to Facebook and some time and effort, I'm getting a lot of information back but it's gonna take some time. If you still want me to look at your job and you somehow read this, then send me your information and a brief reminder of what you want, or you can just send me the contact and If you want me to call you and I will. Thanks."
"What can I say? You knew what you wanted. That helps. You agreed upfront to the daily price without having to have a total estimate. We finished the work in one day. You got a great deal! Call back anytime! Thanks."
he submitted the recommendation along with estimate and I gave him the work to do.
"Thank you fine customer for calling me, call back anytime! I must admit that I am impressed overall with the type of people calling me from angies list. I am also a little bit overwhelmed by the amount of interest in my company. I welcome all who wants me to work for them to call me but please do remember that I am a very small company and even though we try very hard to get to everyone some contacts fall through the cracks. If you feel like this has happened to you but still want me to get back with you please call me again, I won't get mad nor do I want you to be mad at me for not getting to you soon enough. Thanks"
I have another project coming up within the next year and will definitely use them again.
"Thank you for being such a great customer. Not everyone realizes what it takes to get the job done, and you knew that I was going to need scaffolds right away and told me on the phone, and its things like that plus simple cooperation and intelligence that go along way towards a great final project. You understood that the work was not for free unlike some people on here and your attention to a payment schedule is first class. Bravo my friend, you can call me for anything else at anytime! Thanks also for that great review, it looks like i'm gonna need it to combat the little bit of negativity i got on here by some lonely old mean people. P.S. I posted some pictures of your foyer on my company's Facebook page. It just shows some of the walls that the wallpaper was on. Also on my facebook page there are pictures of the house we painted in two days, and pictures of my genie man lift in action. So go and check them out!"
"A great customer makes it easy for us to do great work! I have been doing this for a while now and have worked with some incredible interior designers and architects in the past and I dare say that some of it has rubbed off. If you show trust in us that we will get the work done right, and you are willing to pay a fair price, we will do anything it takes to not break your trust. We will not let you down. It will be done right! Member, you are a great customer and are very welcomed to call on us anytime for more work when ever you need it. Just remember that Builders & Painters Associates is a small company and we would like a little advance notice for scheduling purposes, but you will be on our short list of customers in which we will try to get to a little more quickly. Thank you for the Great review!!!"
"Another great customer courtesy of Angie's List! I went ahead and bought 100 shares of Angies List, yesterday morning, on the Stock Market, because of the type of people it has already brought to my business, I feel that it cant go wrong. Member, In your review you said the magic words every contractor wants to hear, "we will use them again". Thank you so much, and call anytime you need something done right. You are defiantly on my short list of priority clients. I apologize that your price went up because of new previously undiscovered rot, no one wants that to happen, I actually feel bad when that happens, thank you for understanding and being very fare about it. Call back anytime! Also, tell your Son, I believe it was, to just call when he is ready to get his house done. Thanks."
"Thank you so much for continually using my company and saying such great things about us, and being such a great customer! I know you wanted more stuff done but I also know that you just had to pay me to fix your roof, and I know that it probably was some cost that you weren't expecting at the time. I hope you had some time to recuperate now. Its a real shame that your last contractor left you in such a mess, i really feel bad for you about that. Just call me when your ready to do those cabinet doors, and what ever else you need done at the time and we will squeeze as much in as short a time as we can to keep the cost down, but only when your ready, there's no rush on my part. Tell "Bob Barker" I said Hi! (dogs)"
"Thank you for the work! I apologize for the seemingly high price, but when I have to give a turn key bid for a job, I stand behind my work..I do have to account for everything I see. Gas is expensive and I have employees to pay. You will usually always pay less to my company when you hire us by our daily rates as opposed to a estimate, but you are assuming some of the risk in doing so. Hire us by the day, cancel at anytime. Is the fairest way I know. Call me and ask about the daily rate. Thank you!"
"Thank you for the good review Member, you are a very good costumer to me and I really appreciate the business. I will be actually headed to your house some time today to check that spot on your roof for you, cause it's been raining all week. See ya!"
"Thank you for your business and your kind feedback. Please let's know if you need anything else!"
