I called them on 4th of July weekend when all the other repair services were not answering because of the holiday and they got someone over within an hour and their fee was a very pleasant surprise. The technician Chris was outstanding! He was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to explain things very well. He kept me informed and updated as he inspected our system and identified our problem. He was respectful of our house and also very professional in his demeanour and appearance. We were more than pleased with their expertise in installing our new equipment and am quite sure we will be pleased with the Carrier brand. Tony diagnosed a glitch with our existing duct work and corrected the problem. He and his team went the extra mile and raised our new outside unit AND our previously installed second outside unit so that they would not take on water when we have a heavy rain. The price was reasonable and the customer service superb. I highly recommend Tony and his team at Air Doc.

Excellent. Marvin came out to evaluate the situation and confirmed what I suspected was the problem - a leak in my evaporator coil. Marvin added freon to get us through the nights (this was on a Sunday afternoon) and was able to come the following afternoon to install a new evaporator. However, my wife and I had a dinner planned for the next afternoon with some folks from out of town that could not be moved. Marvin worked with me and planned to come on Tuesday. On Monday, he came by just before our guests arrived and added more freon, keeping everything nice and cool throughout the evening. The plan was for Marvin and one of his men to arrive at my house by 11 am. He had a cancellation that morning and sent me a text at 7:45 am. By 11 the new evaporator was installed and working great. Marvin and his assistant did an excellent job. Everything was left clean and well installed. Very professional. I liked his work enough to have him back to do maintenance for me in the future and plan to use him for my other AC/heating work. His prices are very reasonable. I had one other company out for an eval before I contacted Marvin and all they wanted to do was sell me a complete new system. Mine is 14 years old but all other components are fine. The other companies price the markups on R22 so high that they can push you into a new system. Marvin doesn't do this. In addition to his great work, his prices are very reasonable. Definitely call this company if you need good AC work at a reasonable price.

Had to go through hwa for a broken ac and the first company didn’t finished the job and as to go thru the whole hwa process but luckily Mr Roosevelt came thru this time and fixed the a/c unit. Then 5 months later when winter cam the heater didn’t kick in b/c the first company took out the electrical motherboard and caused the house to be so cold and I have babies in the house. Requested hwa to send out Presidential and Mr Roosevelt able to convince hwa to get a whole new furnace due to the first ac guy botched work.
