Good job. Bolton Mechanical was referred to me by anoher AC tech who was busy. Very polite and helpful. Punctual and ready to work. I had to arrange all work over the phone (some of which while on vacation), but he was accommodating. John came out as fast as I could get the unit to the home. He worked fast and did a good job. Trash was picked up when done. My minor "pet peeves": some of the copper lines could have been soldered better; melted some insulation and blacken wall inside furnace closet while soldering; was told that the unit didnt rewuire an AC filter...still need to read furnace manual to find out; copper lines connecting units not supported by straps under trailer; no cleanout left to pour clorox into AC drain line to clean mildew.               Overall...the work looks good. Nothing leaks that I can tell so far. The system runs well. Adding a drain clean-out spot and supporting the copper lineset under home took no time (keep in mind I never specified to do such things when hired, just things that I wanted done).               To anyone who may make the same mistake i did in buying a mobile home from a company who does not have their own "guy for that", it is very hard to find anyone willing to take on the job. Bolton Mechanical (and a few others who were more expensive and less available) not only did the job as fast as I could want, but gives a 1-year warranty on their labor.
