Air Medic Air Conditioning & Heating

The AC unit quit on Friday night. I left them a message on Saturday. AirMedic called first thing Monday morning and arrived at 8:45AM. He had the needed part on the truck and had the AC up and running in less than an hour. We were so pleased, we had him service both units. The total cost was less than I thought it would be. I would not use anyone but AirMedic in the future.

No issues, seemed fine.

Very well. Could not be happier. Went beyond the scope of installation to have my A/C like they would have it in their home.

Well - they found problems in both systems during regular cleaning/service, which I followed up with elsewhere due to a home warranty - but would have hired them for this as well if not covered elsewhere.

The technician fixed the problem.

My A/C went out on Wednesday night and we called Air Medic early Thursday morning. The call was promptly returned and the owner came soon after that to check the unit. After discussing the situation with him we decided to replace everything, the outside unit, the evaporator coil and the furnace. 

He showed up early Friday morning as scheduled and completed the job. This wasn't an easy job because the components in the attic had been there for 38 years. Steve and his workers worked hard and professionally and despite a few setbacks completed the job in one day.

I would not hesitate to use Air Medic again and I will surely recommend them to my friends.

Steve Villavaso, owner, responded promptly.  His inspection determined that the gas valve on the old heater had failed.  When he attempted to find a replacement, he found that valve to be an unusual one and would be very expensive.  He gave me a good price for a new heater and had it installed the following morning.  The installation crew was polite and professional and left the house clean.

It was a second time I used them.  They responded quickly and took my phone call right away.  They just worked out where they could come pretty quickly.  They were very nice.  I am planning on using them again if need be.

My AC suddenly died Friday evening. I called Air Medic not expecting anyone to answer but surprisingly Steve answered the call and was at my home in less than 30 minutes! He was extremely professional and efficient and fixed my AC. I had not discussed price before he arrived and I was afraid the bill would be extremely high due to the after hours visit, however he only charged me $200. I like him so well I have now hired him to service both AC and heating units twice a year.

They stayed with it until all was finished and working right.  They also installed another HVAC system in May for us and did an excellent job then also.  Workers and owner are friendly and hard working.   Would recommend to anyone needing a new system.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they are wonderful. It cost way less than I expected. It was really ridiculously cold when my furnace stopped working. They came back a few weeks ago to fix my air conditioner and the guy got a snake out of my pool for me while I was here.

I obtained Air-Medic's reference from a previous satisfied user, and, after further checking them out on Angie's list, called them.  As it was around 9 pm I was not surprised to have to leave a message, and I anticipated a return call the following morning.  I was surprised when Steve, the owner, called me around 9:30 p.m. and asked if he could come take a look at the unit within the hour.  He came around 10:00 p.m., quickly assessed the problem and changed out the capacitor, performed additional diagnostics to prevent recurrence, and by 10:30 p.m. our air conditioner was back in business.

Called on Friday morning and Steve said the guy would be out after 3pm. Steve took the time and explained in detail on what his tech would do once he arrived. The tech gave is a 1 hour notice like we requested and everything went great.

Prompt service.  Fair enough price. 

We used them when they were with Aire Serve. I sent an e-mail at 6:00 in the morning, hoping to hear back first thing when they opened, and Steve responded within about 30 minutes. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem (condenser? Something relatively inexpensive -- $150 or so) and fixed it. My only complaint is that they push that six-month filter ($80); my husband was at home the second time they came to do the maintenance, and bought it. I have explained to him since then that the best quality Filtrete costs half that.
