"Good response and fixed the capacitor issue. Measured the Freon and left. Had to call back same day to return and add 2 lbs. of Froen. Stated that he measured pressures at ambient temp early in the AM. Would have expected that an HVAC expert knows how to properly check Freon pressure. Cost an additional $208 for the return trip."

You should use a breathable, weather-resistant cover with ventilation. It can be a top cover or a full cover that has mesh to allow airflow.   • Extreme outdoor conditions, like high humidity or extensive salt spray 

  • Improper installation

  • Extended run times, either by the unit being too small or the thermostat setting too low

  • Not performing required maintenance
