Office manager Lloyd was spot on in helping me with a problem I had with one of my windows that was installed in 2020, Lloyd was the sale person who came out and was very instrumental in my decision to purchase 9 windows for my home, needless to say his assistances in helping me rectify my problem with one of the window was immeasurable. "Following Hurricane Ida, we had damage to our patio that Professional patio had previously installed. Following the loss, we contact them and decided to have our patio enclosed and repaired. The cost was over 20k for all work. In October 2021 we were told parts were ordered. For nearly a year and with almost no communication we waited for install and repair. Finally in August 2022 we had our patio repaired and enclosed. After completion, the install crew had failed to protect the floor leaving stains on the concrete, they cracked a window on installing, and the chalk was separating. They have since failed to repair any of these issues and keep delaying a solve to our issue. We are now filing a complaint with the BBB."

After repeated phone calls, promised dates, not showing up, and finally being over an hour late for an agreed upon time (after I called their manager and complained again). The windows are being replaced. I hate giving harsh reviews but most people can't wait a month to get windows replaced! I simply cannot offer any level or recommendation for Big River Glass! Jeff , the service guy, indicated they had new management I hope for them it is successful."
