Mike was always punctual, from the time he came to give us our initial estimate and throughout the process. He has a very strong work ethic, doing the job by himself and working 8+ hour days in the summer heat to get the job done with only a brief lunch break. The finished stairs and railing are just what we asked for and expected based on our initial discussions, and his cleanup was perfect. I cannot overemphasize how professional and reliable Mike is. His final price was exactly what we'd originally agreed on.

Mike and his crew were very professional. They did exactly as I asked by paying close attention to my instructions and wishes. They did not rush the job. They worked longer than estimated to make sure everything was to my liking, Some areas they reworked because it wasn't to there standard. They were very considerate of my schedule and my house. They covered everything and cleaned up every day when finished like no other contractor I have ever used. There attention to detail in there painting was excelent. I highly recommend them.

Michael arrived promptly at the scheduled time to give me an estimate. He found some damage I wasn't aware of. The crew arrived on schedule and finished the work in three days. Price was only about 5% over the estimate due to some rot discovered later by the crew.

Mike Semel of Superior Home Improvements provided us with a concise estimate, delineating the scope of work and the total cost for work completion. His was the lowest of four estimates we received. The cost combined with Mike's professionalism and communicative skills made our choice an easy one. Mike ordered the proper Flood Vents necessary to meet FEMA specs and remained in contact with us prior to job start. The Flood Vents were installed and the bathrooms' fixtures removed with no disruption to our household. All the work was done in the promised time frame.
Mike Semel's pride of ownership for his work was refreshing and welcomed. He insured that the appearance of the Flood Vents blended seamlessly with the structure's exterior. At job completion, both the insides and outsides of the enclosed areas were neat and clean.

They were very pleasant to work with and I liked the work he did. He went above and beyond what I expected.  He also painted the columns after he completed the repairs.  

Mike replied to my initial contact promptly and checked on the problems we were having when he said he was going to. He called me from the rental home and reported on what the repairs would entail.  Within a very short period of time he completed the repairs.  This is the second time I have asked Mike to do work for me at the rental property and I am very happy with his responsiveness, the options that he gives me, and the quality of work once we decide on a course of action.

I first made contact with Mike in March of this year for work to be done on my rental property in Mandeville.  He went to the home, looked at the areas that required repair, and provided me with a quote.  He gave me a time frame of when he thought he could do the work. Thereafter I heard from Mike again and he was working on other projects so he gave me a new time frame which I told him was fine.  Mike was able to start in July.  Once he started he worked quickly.  Mike did a superb job of keeping me informed of when he could begin the work and, once he started, of what he was doing and how long it would take.  When Mike found that additional work had to be done in the back porch area along the chimney and parts of the gutter area where the wood had rotted he contacted me right away and provided me with the alternatives and the costs.  He was very good about putting his quotes in writing which I appreciated.  I told Mike what I wanted done and he completed the additional work quickly and with no trouble.  I would definitively call on Mike again. I thought his pricing was fair.

Mike and his crew from Superior prepped and repainted several rooms in our home, with excellent results at a fair price. The work was professionally and very cleanly done; and each of the team members was a gentleman and a pleasure to have in our home.  Mike personally returned shortly after the job and repaired a faulty pump in our garden fountain.  He has a very broad set of skills and is exceptionally professional - and he's a nice guy as well.  Will definitely use again.

Michael was tidy. He was also very quiet and did a great job. He was very on time and was prompt to showing up.
