"Hired for water retention around house to be eliminated. He dug deep wide square ditches for the water to drain but cannot drain and now retaining more water than originally started. Went totally opposite to what was actually discussed at time of hire. And had excuses of why he made the ditches. After completed, he informs me he specializes in sewer drainage. Three different REAL drainage companies laughed at his work and could not believe he did that. Now I have to hire someone to do the job correctly. Wish I would have been informed of his speciality work, i would have never let him do the mess he made."

"Mister Howard was hired To remove and replace a water soften When he arrived he was not prepared to do the job that was requested, In the meantime he unplugged My well head Which lost the prime He was not Able to reprime the well he left us without water overnight Promising he would come back the next morning. Next day comes No mister Howard ,no water And still no reply back After many text and phone calls.Next day still no reply I ended up having to hire another company to prime my well which cost me money Out of my pocket. So at this point I'm out the cost of Having my well primed And still needing my Water softener Exchange."
