Garage Doors & More (GDM) responded immediately to the call we placed to them to come and provide an assessment of the damage and provide a quote. Within 3 hours of their arrival to our home they had installed a new spring on both doors (at our request as the other spring was same age and condition of the spring that had exploded). The garage door has been functioning flawlessly since. GDM personnel were friendly, polite & professional - we are very satisfied and appreciative of the serve received. We will certainly use them again should the need arise.

The technician was flexible to fit me in to his schedule. I believe that I received an honest assessment of the problem. The spring was in desperate need of lubrication. (who knew that you needed to do that). The technician cleaned and lubricated the entire system. Realigned the sensors. Now it works great.

Showed up when they said they would, did the work in short order, charged a reasonable price and were friendly and professional. Would definitely hire them again.

Could not get cars out of garage. Called my previous provider and got their answering machine. Brandon answered and said he could be here in 30-45 minutes.

Brandon and Kenny responded very quickly to my service request, they showed up at the time we agreed to, and it took approximately 30-45 minutes for them to get the job done.  I would highly recommend them.

Called Brandon on a Monday evening and my door was fixed by lunch the next day. Friendly, quick and affordable.

As my husband tried to leave for work this morning the springs on the garage door broke, it sounded like an explosion. We managed to open the door, get the cars outside, and close the door. We have not had garage door issues before, so I checked Angie's List for recommendations. I decided to call two of them. The first was not available for 4 days.
I called the second, spoke with Brandon Broussard, and he said he would work it in his schedule today. He asked about the door (size, number of panels) and said most likely he would have to replace both springs. He gave an approximate time and said he would call before coming to the house. He called, I met him at the house, and he assessed the door and system. Brandon explained his suggestions, gave me a price, and I agreed. He replaced both springs and the rollers, and showed me how to do maintenance on the door every three months. Helpful.
Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and efficient. I recommend him highly.

Our garage door opener quit working on Saturday12/14/2013.with help from my son-in-law,we were able to get our vehicle out of the garage; I am handicapped, and we were not able to drive into the garage so that I could use my ramp to access my house.
On Monday morning,12/16/2013, I called the company that had installed our garage door opener. They told me that it would be Tuesday of next week before they would even be able to tell me  when they could schedule someone to come out and check the opener.This was totally unacceptable.
Next, again on Monday morning I called a local company that had worked on our garage door in the past. .After explaining my situation I was told that a sales person would have to call me back! Today is Wednesday, and I have not received that call!!
Lastly. I went to Angie's List and fortunately found Brandon Broussard & Garage Doors & More.When I called Brandon took the call and informed me that he was on another job.after explaining my handicap situation, he said that he would make every possible effort to get to our house that afternoon. about mid-afternoon, Brandon called and he was on his way. he came from another job, but never hesitated,he started immediately attempting to repair the opener.he worked on it until almost 8:00p.m. and needed 1part that he did not have with him, but had it at his shop. he said that he would be out as early as possible on Tuesday 12/17/2013, but he had prior commitments for early, but would get here as early as possible.by 11:00a.m. he had arrived at our house and we made the decision that our opener was damaged beyond reasonable repair so we then decided to install a new opener and an outdoor keypad. by 12:30p.m.the opener was installed and working perfectly. My next step was to put Brandon's information into my contacts on my i-phone, and immediately delete the other 2 companies from my contacts   

Brandon was fantastic. He was very prompt and professional. My garage door works much better and makes less noise than before. I will definitely use them again for any repair work needed for my garage door.

I took a day off from work but I haven't heard from him and he hasn't showed up.  Two times in a row he has not showed up. He was nice but hasn't provided the service.

Met all expectations. They were prompt, professional and solved our door problems- squeaky doors caused by outdated wheels and low lubrication. They also offered simple ways of preventing future problems, that even my wife could easily understand. Took their time, were polite and we highly recommend this outfit!

employee came on time. Very nice. Explained to him that my husband was just in an motorcycle accident and it was a hard time for all of this happening. He was very nice helping doing the little extras asking me if he wanted me to put the bulbs in, etc. The cost was very fair. Trustworthy and would use them again.

.The door stopped working on a Friday at noon with the cars "stuck" in
the garage. The springs had broke and the door was jammed; which made
the door immobile and non responsive to the usual "tricks". I made
several calls to other door companies and was told that they would not
be available until next week even though to me this was an "emergency"
situation with work the next morning. I was told by one company
(Acadiana Door) that I could try someone at Garage Doors and more. The
person (Brad) that I  spoke with was very responsive and assured me that
he would take care of the problem today. He called me at 5 pm and I
gave him directions to the house. He replaced both springs on the very
large & heavy door; so we would not need a second call for the other
spring. He provides 24 hour service - which is great when you are in a
jam.
