We got multiple estimates. Their price was competitive, but also they were the only shop that was helpful in understanding which parts were functionally important vs. minor cosmetic issues, helping us trade off exactly which work to go ahead with. They made less money short term, but made us much more likely to go back (and recommend them).

The entire process was very smooth and professional. They inspected my car for damage, worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company, and we're even conveniently located right next door to a car rental company. In about 3 days my car looked brand new.

One side of my license plate fell off one day and I noticed it was not just unscrewed. It was broken completely off of the car. The plastic piece that the screw bolts to broke off the car. They were able to repair the piece so that I did not have to purchase a whole panel. Looked new. Great customer service!

It's hard to find; it's in a back street. It's the only thing around as it's in the middle of a residential area and difficult to locate. But once I found it; the work was fine. The location was gravel and not enough concrete to suit me. But everything they did was fine. As soon as I pulled up the street, I was on gravel. I have been a mechanic and I know what's it's like to work in gravel. If we lose a nut or bolt, we'll never find it. That's my only complaint. But other than that, they did a fine job. They were very busy, so the concrete places they had were full, so they had to put me and other people out on a side street which was gravel. Apparently there aren't that many good collision places in Lafayette, because they were pretty swamped. They quoted me a time; two weeks from the day I came in. I came in for a quote, and then they made an appointment for two weeks past that. They completed the job in that time frame. The price was appropriate for the work.

cheerful attitude made the painful task of recovering from an accident almost pleasant!
But it was the moment I saw my auto that I was
overwhelmed! Not only had the damage
been repaired to perfection but the Truck had been Cleaned Inside and out and sparkled
like the day I bought it! If ever I have
the misfortune of needing an auto repaired again, I will definitely use Cand R.

I don't remember what it cost me because it was an insurance claim, but we also added some stuff that wasn't covered by insurance. I put in new bumpers and side steps and fender flares. I jazzed my Jeep up a little bit while I was having some stuff done to it.
