Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Plumber was punctual, neat, and knowledgeable. Performed service and cleaned up after himself. The only problem was the price. I had another plumber that I usually use and he charges much less, but he was fully booked at the time.

This is for the Nederland office not the Lake Charles Office but the invoice shows all billing goes to Lake Charles.  The Nederland office was called out to unclog a kitchen drain which they did but I was told that the drain pipe is most likely cracked and will clog again if not repaired.  They offered to run a camera down the drain and give me pictures for a price of 368.00.  Instead a got a phone call later that day asking for payment since I was not there when the service was performed.  I had to call twice for a copy of the invoice and the pictures.  They emailed me an invoice with some pictures taken off of a tube television monitor which I was unable to make out anything.  The excuse was on the invoice.  "Too muddy to see anything"  and "Pictures are in black and white and not able to make out anything"  
I paid for an extra service to be performed to determine if indeed a pipe was cracked and needed to be repaired.  Instead I got excuses and very bad pictures off an old computer monitor for almost 400.00.   In my opinion this is very unprofessional service and somewhat of a rip off.  For 368.00 jpg format of the pictures should have been emailed to me not poor pictures on old tube monitor and if pictures do not come out they should reschedule or offer some reimbursement compensation or tell you in advance that pictures may not come out.   I asked for a refund or pictures and they resent pictures from the tube monitor.

It went very well. They were very personable. They did a good job. They cleaned up. They were friendly and showed up on time.

Called Roto-router on Sunday AM. Derrick was the responder. Derrick was exceptionally courteous to my In-laws. He cleared the problem in 15 minutes having had the right tools. I had worked for an Hour trying to clear the problem with a plumbers friend and a snake without success.

Agent did a wonderful job. Gave suggestions on appropriate actions to keep tank in working order. Most definitely would use this service again. Very pleased with the results.

We came home one evening to find water dripping through my bathroom ceiling.  My hot water heater was leaking and we went ahead and ordered a new one.  The water heater was on the far side of the attic, very difficult to get to.  When Mike of RotoRooter arrived, he went into the attic and carefully made his way across the attic on the beams.  He checked out the water heater and found that the line had sprung a leak.  He also checked out the water heater itself and found that there was nothing wrong with it and said that it was turning on and off and that the only thing that needed to be done was to fix the line.  He changed out both the hot and cold water lines to be on the safe side.  So far, so good.  Good communication about what he found with the water heater and gave me options as far as changing out the entire water heater or just the lines.  Would use again.

My septic tank was full to the top & was running into my bathtub. The man came out & emptied it. He did a great job and was very nice. I would use them again in the future.

Quick, efficient service. No problems- I would use them again.

Replaced the bad, cheap plastic fill valve in toilet w/beautiful, brass fill valve...Been working like a top ever since.

We have not had any backup since. The experience was good.

They don't just clean out your drains, they will do any kind of plumbing.  They changed out the faucet and did some plumbing work for us.  The job was fine, they showed up when they said they would and a nice young man came out.  The work was satisfactory.

Plumber was late and seemed irritated that he had been called to work during a rain storm.

it went well, I just think prices are too high. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He removed the toilet, replaced the wax seal, and replaced the flange also, reset the toilet. He had all his tools, except that he recommended i pour weed killer around the flange, he found some roots. He did not have any of that, I had to use mine.
