So I am wary when hiring an inspector. However, I am confident that, if Dan’s team couldn’t find the issue, then it just can’t be found. Furthermore, Dan is incredibly personable, patient, and kind. He is generous with his time and willing to take the time to answer questions and discuss his findings. This level of care and attention is increasingly rare. I can recommend Dan and his team wholeheartedly, and without reservations. You will probably pay more for an inspection by All American but you can be confident that you won’t be paying three times more later to fix a problem that should have been addressed before the sale."

Things started nicely, we spoke on Saturday about what I was looking to have done, he asked me to send pictures of my shed, I did immediately, he said he would get back with me within an hour, that didn't happen! He responded back to me once I responded to Angi asking about my experience is when he returned the call. He came out on Wednesday, later than planned, but okay, I understood his reasoning, he arrived, seems to be a nice guy, he looked at the shed and said, I think we can do this, I joking said, not think, you know you got this! I wish I would have stopped right there! I asked about jacks, he said, his other guy had the jacks, he got a long steel piece of steel to use to lift my shed, I bought some stones that I liked from Home Depot, he told me thise were too nice to use, I said to him, I like nice! He became so angry, told me he could put it back like he found it! Basically dismantled my shed for $650 Not Leveled! "

"I hired leo to do a shower remodel and kitchen backsplash remodel. He have done such a sloppy and rushed jobs on the projects that he was hired to do that I would not recommend his service to anybody. He do not call to say if he is going to be running late, or he is not going to make it to the job at all. I had to call Angi a couple times to get this man to finish up the jobs that I paid and hired him to do. Make sure you watch him not walk out of your house with the material and tools that you purchased with your money, because he will take and keep the materials without asking. He washed the grout from the backsplash inside my brand new black kitchen sink without my permission, and now it has a white haze to it now. "I just had two windows by Tommy’s Windows. It went very smooth from the estimate to installation. Meeting with Tommy to get the estimate went very well he was on time. In our discussion I felt very comfortable with him. This made the recession to choose Tommy’s an easy one. His rating did not hurt either. David was my installer he was on time worked hard to install my windows. After installing the windows he cleaned up any mess that he made. It was almost like with the exception of having a new window I would have never know he had been there. Overall my experience with Tommy’s Windows was very positive. They were one time, professional, did excellent work and were reasonably priced. If the need in the future arises for windows or doors Tommy’s will be my first call not my last like this time."
