"It was a professional experience. The plumber took out all of the existing drains from each side of the sink and replaced everything all the way to the wall. He double checked each fitting for leakage and put it under pressure by filling both sides of the sink. He worked. Early and carefully. I was very pleased with the prompt, professional service."

"When Mr. Scallon came to give us a price, we asked that he include some type of drainage, tree trim, and tree transplant. After we discussed it, we decided to just have the drainage done at this time. One of the factors in this decision was Mr. Scallon's lack of insurance that would cover such a dangerous tree trimming job. 
The drainage work was done when Mr. Scallon said it would be done. It was done efficiently by Mr. Scallon and his workers. We were glad that it rained heavily that weekend so we could "test it out." For the first time, we didn't have a small lake appear in our backyard. The installation seemed to work We appreciate Mr. Scallon's work so much that we asked for a price on painting our porch, ramp and deck. He and his workers are here today cleaning and preparing the area for painting later in the week. I would definitely recommend his work to anyone.

We use SES exclusively now for EVERYTHING as they are the most professional, punctual, versatile and honest contractors we've ever encountered. From the time that Perry, the estimator comes to the house (always on time) to the final walk through and payment, you won't find better. Nothing hidden here. Perry's estimate is the final bill (unless you add on yourself or something really bad like extensive termite damage is found). Shawn Sanne, the owner, always comes out too as soon as the project begins. He has a crack team of carpenters, electricians, roofers and painters who work fast, professionally and cleanly.

A few years back, SES redid a complete remodel of our kitchen and floors, sticking exactly to the original estimate without a penny extra, and did beautiful work. We then used them a year later to replace a rear door and sidelights that ended up being a job to reframe the whole area including soffit and fascia due to termite damage and infestation! Not only did the estimate barely exceed the original, despite all the extra work, but they put me in touch with a termite contractor who immediately rushed to the house to treat it, so work could progress on schedule. Many contractors would have closed the opening and moved to another job, saying "call me when you've addressed the termite problem". Mine was addressed within hours, thanks to Shawn Sanne, the owner, and his crew. While they were at it, they replaced other rotted portions of the soffit and fascia with barely any upcharge. And their work, as always, was top notch.

This time, replacing the sliding doors for French doors, could not have gone smoother. We had delayed the work due to budget, but they stuck to the old estimate (from last year) and came out at the precise time they said they would, working from early dawn to the evening to get the job done in a day, with finishing work (painting, installation of the phantom screens and clean-up) the second day. Again, perfect work! While they were at it, they did some touch up paint work in another part of the house FREE OF CHARGE! Now, I'm having them out a 4th time to look at a roof leak and damge to the ceiling of the carport.

SES can and does do ANYTHING needed in a remodel. A testament to their quality of work is the historic preservation award they won for their complete re-do of the St. Roch Market, which has garnered lots of press and recognition for the outstanding job SES did with that project. I'm glowing so much over these guys that this review might seem like a plug, but I give them an "A" in every category.
