Beware! Wow this man is a smooth talker. They left my home, a wreck, and my foundation unstable. When I brought this to the man's attention, he told me that he has been in business for 10 years, which is a lie according to this website and others, and that he knew better than I did when I questioned why the majority of the mud they dug out from under my slab Home was still on top of the ground with all of the pipes he took out. Without my permission, they took out a fence which is still down.! His men never showed up for days and he did not even know I had to tell him! He wanted cash for the second payment, and I gave that to him. Now he will not even give me a receipt when he reads these reviews he will spare that he has tried to fix and remedy the situation! BULL!!! His remedies include you signing a receipt for the $1825 I gave him and want the rest of his money or he will walk off in a Hufflepuff get in his van and drive away. He did not wanna deal with me because I was angry. I am still angry. This slab to my home has been compromised and I did not rely on my own opinion. I sought out an engineer who told me how the job should have been done to ensure that the slab of my home would not be damaged. Then when I explained what most plumbers do i.e. if the soil taken from underneath the home is not suitable to pack the mud back under your home reputable plumbers get a load of mud and replace the soil under your slab! This was only suggested by the owner Devin after I bought and complained when I saw most of the mud still on top of the ground. This has cost me total since he suggested I should not be here when the work was done because I would have no drainage and could not use toilets, sinks, anything over $8000 of my savings! Now I have to report him to licensing for plumbers the Better Business Bureau and other places and get an attorney in order to get my money back so I can have the job done correctly and ensure the safety of my home. Learn from my example do not hire this man. I know he will put some sort of answer to this and other critiques I leave online and social media that makes him out to be the all caring, all knowing and I will do anything to fix it so you are happy that is how he gets around bad reviews. He offered to fix the problem but insisted I must first sign the receipt and the paper giving him permission to do the job 2 1/2 weeks after they started! That is nonsensical! So he will not give her a receipt. Nor will he rectify the situation!
