"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. He have done such a sloppy and rushed jobs on the projects that he was hired to do that I would not recommend his service to anybody. He do not call to say if he is going to be running late, or he is not going to make it to the job at all. I had to call Angi a couple times to get this man to finish up the jobs that I paid and hired him to do. Make sure you watch him not walk out of your house with the material and tools that you purchased with your money, because he will take and keep the materials without asking. He washed the grout from the backsplash inside my brand new black kitchen sink without my permission, and now it has a white haze to it now. Here are some of the pictures of some of his sloppy work."

I asked him to replace the door closer to the reinforcement plate, add weather stripping, do some touch-ups to the door frame cosmetically, and ensure the door latch securely. The project took about two and a half hours that afternoon. The project took a turn when he failed to check that the door latched securely. upon completion. I have a recording of the door being pulled open easily, taking minutes after he left, which had not happened before his repairs. He returned one and a half hours later and actually thought the door was locked simply by looking at it. I had to encourage him to pull it open to test it. He decided the electronic latch was the issue. It wasn't, and I had to hire a second repairman to fix his work on the door closer. At over 150 dollars an hour. I expected more care, better workmanship and attention to detail."
