Consequently, there was a delay between payment and work performed due to incessant rain here in January. When the technician did arrive, he was professional and experienced. I asked him if he could replace some jack books/vents and he called his office to get a quote: $250 extra! I thought that a bit high but the work needed to be done. So, I reluctantly agreed to the extra cost.
