and Glass Breakage Warranty. These windows are poor quality and most have been replaced twice within 5 years. Square Deal has been called four times to have bad windows replaced in the past three weeks. We were told every time, that someone would call us back to set up an appointment. No one has ever called back to do so.I strongly suggest no one deal with this company because they are not reliable.
David provided excellent oversight and follow- through, and pictures were provided in advance of additional work being done.
Debris was removed and property was left in excellent condition post work.
Highly recommend this company- communication and feedback was timely and frequent.
while the work was impeccable, and there were no added costs or other surprises, there are two areas I see for improvement: 1) worker language and 2) scheduling.
Regarding the first point, during the execution of the job, the helper evidently lost his temper and went into a screaming foul-mouthed (f******, etc.) rant for several minutes. I heard this from inside my home, as I'm sure did my neighbors, and any children who may have been at home during the summer.
Regarding the second point. The office staff calls to schedule work the very next day. This is OK as my schedule was pretty flexible, but I had to turn down the first scheduling call. I was able to accept next day scheduling the next time they called.
"[Member name removed], I am truly sorry that you weren't 100% happy with our services. I know the reason that you were not is that after we finished the roof it took a week or so to install the downpipe on your home. I apologize for this but we did have a few rain days in there that put us behind in our scheduling. We also did not ask for any payment until the project was 100% complete. Unfortunately my roofing department does not have experience in hanging gutters and I had to send my gutter department out to do the downpipe. Again, I apologize for the delay in getting your downpipe installed. If there is anything we can do to help you in any way, please let us know."
