Tony explained why the original fence was inadequate and why we needed to upgrade (to better wood and more cross pieces). It took a few weeks for him to get to my project but he kept me posted on what the time frame was likely to be. Once they committed, they were reliable and punctual and the job was completed in a couple of days. One note: you do have to pay extra to have the old fence hauled away which was not included in the original estimate. I decided I wanted a few upgrades from the original plan (including a combination lock for the gate so that I didn't have to give keys to anyone who needed to get into the backyard).
