"Brock and his crew did a fantastic job. Since we were doing an extensive remodel, we were on a tight timeframe; but Brock was able to fit his crew into our schedule. Early in the process, he helped us pick paint colors, as well as offered suggestions for granite that would match our somewhat unusual kitchen cabinet color. The work took 6 days, during which Brock made several visits to check on the progress. His crew was friendly, courteous, and the job site was cleaned when they left. After we completed the renovation, Brock sent two guys for two days to finish moulding and do some touchups, which was included in the original price. We really couldn't be happier with the service, how the paint colors came out, and Brock's responsiveness to our questions. Due to the nature of our jobs, the easiest form of communication for me and my husband is email and text, which Brock was always very quick to respond to.

I called, they setup a meeting to come check out the property, drew up a plan, agreed on a price and then did the work very quickly within two weeks from first meeting to completion. I am extremely pleased with the results. My yard went from looking like I was starting a zoo to a  nice, relaxing, and easily maintained area to entertain guests. "They were able to come to give an estimate an hour after I called, and showed up on time.. Underneath the house was difficult to access, but they went under. The receptionist had told me that there would be a $50 diagnostic charge that would be applied to the cost of repair if the repair was done. One of the gentlemen said the diagnostic cost would be $75 because they had to go under the house, but when I told them what the receptionist said they only charged $50. They agreed to come at 8:00 the next business day, and showed up on time. They replaced the pipe, cleared a drain for the washer, connected the washer, and cleared a slow draining sink. They agreed to come to another location to get the check when I couldn't meet them at the property, and sent a receipt via email with a written 2 year warranty on the work. They did not want to honor the 5% discount from Angie's list, since they were already paying Angie's List for the referral, but I didn't argue because I did not present them with the coupon when they did the estimate, as was indicated. In general, I was pleased with the work and happy to get the warranty. I later discovered that the father of two of the workmen had been my mother's plumber many years ago! They have a long history in the city, which is reassuring."
