I recently purchased my first home and decided to hire Alpha Custom Floors LLC to remove carpet and lay new flooring for me after a few people recommended Cliff. I am greatly pleased that I went with his business. Cliff also helped navigate me in the right direction in choosing the new flooring, as I am kind of uneducated when it comes to the many different types and styles. I was pleased upon choosing a really pretty vinyl plank, and everyone who has visited me since has complimented it! Alpha Customs were very impressive, professional, worked in a quick, efficient manner and timeframe, went out of the way to make sure I was pleased with the results, and I honestly couldn’t beat the pricing looking for anyone else in or near my general area. I couldn’t be happier with the work Cliff did in my home. Part of my floor had to be repaired because the damage was so bad. Also the floor needed to match the stain of the floors in the rest of my house. Cliff matched the color PERFECTLY. The repair work is immaculate. One of the most important things to me is that Cliff cared about keeping my house clean. He covered my counters with plastic and sealed doorways off with plastic. He left my house cleaner than it was before. He vacuumed walk ways that he didn’t even work in. Cliffs attention to detail is very refreshing, he pointed out things that I didn’t even notice. He went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a trustworthy caring person to do work in their home.
