"It was a night.are with these guys. Terry did a horrible messy job on tile work I had to fire him and bring in a different guy that doesn't work for them. Fred is a horrible painter and always runs into things and messes up your belongings in your home. Charles is lazy and his work ethic is purr trash. The quality of this company is 1 out of 20! "Everyone was nice enough but, didn't follow through to what was expected. It was a fight until the bitter end and still, things weren't done correctly. Nails are left on the walls and painted over instead of removed, spackled, sanded, and painted. When I pointed this out, they just removed the nails and didn't spackle and paint over. Painted over wallpaper in bathrooms but didn't bother to float. They tried to charge me additional to have it done correctly. They redid the bathrooms but failed to complete them as they should have been (some seams still showing). The slab was not leveled before installing the flooring. Sanded ceiling instead of scraping popcorn ceiling, so white dust was and still is everywhere. Instead of using the paint color, I requested they just painted all trim white! The 3/4-inch round has chunks cut out of it and it was not fixed. Forgot to install electrical outlet covers to walls and acted like I asked for their first-born child to do so. The threshold for bathroom tiles and laminate flooring was not installed and when they did, they cracked the tile in the bathroom. Instead of letting me know, I guess they just hoped I wouldn't notice. Overall, just sub-par work. If pride had been taken in the work done and performed properly, they would have finished sooner and made a profit. Just sub-par work. I have another contractor coming in to fix what was not completed properly. I would not recommend nor hire again."

However, knowing that some individual's expectations can be... unreasonable, we contacted Blue Tide Exteriors for our relatively simple job to have a cover constructed over our flagstone patio. Blue Tide Exteriors was prompt with responding, gave us an excellent walkthrough of our options and what to expect, and was upfront with pricing and timelines. We couldn't be happier with their recommendations and the final product exceeds our expectations. As an example of their quality, the workers from Blue Tide took the dug out dirt from our footers and filled in some noticeable depressions in our backyard, rather than just putting the excess dirt in a corner. These details, as well as the overall professionalism of Blue Tide, is why I recommend them without hesitation, and I intend to use them again for any exterior work.
