They were flexible and professional and the quality of work was absolutely amazing. 2 months later we returned to Window Expo and had the front of our house completed. In the front we had double hung with simulated grids and LOVE them. We had a different team, but again, outstanding quality and precision. These were 2 large projects and both were flawless. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
