Overall excellent experience. Called on a Sunday and scheduled an appointment next day. My technician was named Stephen. He called me 30 minutes out. Very professional and completed the work in under an hour. Cost was below average.

I thought I would only pay $100 per my American Home Shield plan, but they found a way to charge me more. Wasn't happy about that. Door was fixed properly though.

They were prompt, quick and efficient.   Very polite.

Extremely responsive! They were at my house within an hour of my call, and had the new springs installed within about 20 minutes. Very nice, and very personable. I will definitely use them next time the door needs servicing!

Mr. Walker was very personable and kept me informed when he would be coming by on the Saturday I called. No other garage-door opener companies returned my calls. Twin Cities Overhead Door, Inc. advertised for weekend assistance. I could not get my car out of the garage with the overhead door-track jammed, so it was important for me to have someone available on a weekend! He got my old door open and running fairly quickly, but as the opener was on its "last legs" after ~30 years' use, I gladly ordered a new one from Mr. Walker. The young men that came to install it were very professional, knowledgeable and fast! I appreciate their service and recommend them highly.

Called Twin Cities.  The man that answered the phone was at some location where there was a lot of noise, so it was kind of difficult to communicate, but managed.  When I explained what my garage door was doing, he knew immediately what the problem probably was.  He took my number & address and said that he would have his son come by- I believe he said the next day- (don't think it was the same day).  Waited a good portion of the day and finally called in the afternoon to see if he was still coming.   He said his son would stop by on his way on his way home.  The son, his young son, & another man finally came by at around 5:30 or 6 .  Quickly got to work on the garage door, didn't waste a minute.  Saw very quickly what the problem was.  There was a part that was broken and needed to be replaced.  While he was doing that, the other guy showed me the broken part and  explained to me what it was.  Once he had it all together, I paid him and he got in his truck to leave.  When I hit the remote to put the door down it made a loud noise going down, so I stopped it & got his attention before he pulled out of the driveway.  He came back and checked it out.  The tension or something needed tightening.  Once he did that, tried the door again and saw all was well, he then left.  It has worked fine since the repair.

I would have liked to have had an idea of when he would be coming- at least if it would be in the morning or afternoon instead of waiting not knowing what part of the day he would come.  But I would call them again.  I thought the price was reasonable, they were nice, and knew their business.

What a HORRIBLE experience. My elderly mother ran our car into the closed garage door by accident and I called these guys cause they had such amazing reviews. I was excited to work with them because of the Angie's List reviews only to have the worst experience EVER. The owner was incredibly rude on the phone and proceeded to tell me that we can't expect to get something for nothing. He stated that his men were at our house for 40 minutes, when in actuality they were there at most 20 minutes. Since all these reviews are so nice, I am going to chalk it up to them being very busy and forgetting human kindness. I will not use them or recommend them either, but maybe this review will help them be more professional. DISAPPOINTED. Btw, a different company did pull our garage door down for free and I did use them and gave them an excellent review for their great service and work.

Technicians responded promptly to fix the garage door.  They also made adjustments and lubricated the door so it runs quiet and smooth.

They were very professional and did a great job. A spring had broken on our garage door and they were able to come out the very next day and fix it. Very happy.

Not much to say, except they fixed the problem without any drama.  They are always quick to respond and do a great job.

I called and was greeted very professionally & set an appointment.  They were promt & courteous.  I had them install a new opener and pin pad as well.   I did have to call the next day as I forgot how to operate one of the features & they were extremely helpful and did not mind the call even though they had left me with written instructions.  I wish all companies would provide this excellent service.

Once he arrived, he did a fantastic job. Not the most personable....more no nonsense like, but nice enough once he was here and...he seemed to know his stuff. To me that is the most important...beyond the fact that we all would love doctors and repairmen to be prompt, the best ones are the busiest, and so you may wait....I think I waited 3-4 days for a response and he came out the next week. It wasn't like it was AC or something in the middle of a Shreveport summer, a garage door is a minor inconvenience. Again, I cannot reiterate enough that, once he was here, he was all over it and fixed it the next morning.  I trusted him once I spoke to him. The fee was $75 as we have American Home Shield. I'm certain it would have been more than that otherwise, but I cannot venture a guess as to how much more.

They came out on the same day that I called, confirmed their diagnosis of a broken spring, and replaced both springs (as they recommended over the phone).  I was amazed at how quickly they responded; the cost was very reasonable.  I would readily recommend Twin City's services to anyone.

They came within an hour and they were every professional. They did it quickly and they charge a good price. They left a sticker so if we ever had a problem we could call them back. Two people came and they did not make a mess. They were very friendly to me and to my dog. I had a wonderful experience dealing with them. They're so cooperative on the process of my payment.

They are eager beaver's. i asked for an estimate and they did the work. Luckily the price was fair and i didn't mind paying. They did a great job and were efficient.

My husband had been trying to fix the garage door for months, only to find out from Steven that what he thought was wrong wasn't. Didn't take Stevenlong to fix it, and it works perfectly..

I had gotten someone else to look at the garage door opener and they were unable to repair it and thought we may have to get a new one installed.  I called Twin City and Derrick came out that same day and repaired the door.  He was running late and I was not at home when he was able to come out, so he called and I told him to go ahead to the house and see what he thought. He called to let me know what was wrong and that he could fix it.  I approved for him to do so.  He called again to let me know he had completed the job.  Then, he DROVE to where I was eating dinner to collect payment and deliver my receipt.  Excellent service and Derrick went above and beyond to make things convenient for me.  I will definitely use Twin City Overhead Door for any future needs.
