They did a beautiful job—everything looks clean, smooth, and like new again. Their workmanship is truly excellent, with great attention to detail. Mr. Raul and his team was also incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly and to my satisfaction. I last minute asked Mr. Raul to also paint the front door. He gave me options on pulling this into the project and updated the door hardware and numbers. The team even refreshed the outdoor light fixture, to match! The crew thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and graciously put the planters and outside table in place. I highly recommend A.R. "The kitchen came out well, though I had to really be on the guys working to do the work properly. The craftsmanship was lacking and some things had to be redone. The owner who came out initially pays close attention to detail and is nice. His subcontractors however do not pay close attention to detail and lack craftsmanship skills. The owner is also impossible to get a hold of while the project is going on, which is a pain if you have any questions that need to be answered. The project went on for months longer than anticipated even though I had all of the materials (cabinets, sink, etc) ready before the job was to start. Some days no one would show up, and no one would call. They were often hard to get in touch with and a week would go by before I could get in touch with anyone to answer a question. They were also over budget because they didn't work in electrical, which felt like an intentional oversight. They knew before starting that the kitchen needed it's own breaker switch and that I wanted to install outlets as well as move around appliances. All of that required electrical. I was promised when I signed the contract that the quote was the quote and my budget would be respected. That wasn't the case. While the kitchen did come out great, it wasn't without a fight or daily oversight and even getting some things that should've been measured twice and done once, done over again 2x. It was such a pain in the end that I can not recommend them to anyone."

"General Contractor and workers are trust worthy and very neat.  Daily tarps were laid and all traces were cleaned up at the end of the shift.  No extra costs.  Work was completed within the estimated timeline. 
I have done three major jobs with this contractor and have been very satisfied.  Capstone renovated a sun room and two bathrooms on previous projects and I will continue to use them for all home updates.

"Benny and Acadian did a great job on two separate projects for us. First (early 2016), we had an old attached carport in our backyard that was no longer used as a carport. We wanted to convert it into a storage shed. He gave us a fair bid (we took 2 other bids, 1 was much higher than his and 1 was comparable). His workers were very considerate and professional when we met them. Benny was very responsive when I had questions. The project was fairly involved, because they needed to move some HVAC units out of the way, expand the size of the concrete foundation, frame the walls for the shed, wire the shed for electricity, replace the carport lighting fixture, install exterior lighting fixtures, and install and paint exterior siding to match the house. They did everything perfectly! Second (mid-2017), we hired them again a year later to replace the old railing on our front porch. We had a miscommunication with Bennie about what we wanted the replacement to look like. But Benny and his carpenter were very responsive when we realized that what his carpenter was constructing for was not what we wanted. They quickly changed course to build what we wanted and we really appreciated the quality work and professionalism. We are in the process of getting a bid from Acadian to do some more work for us!"
