"I received a call from Javier just moments after I inquired about stucco installation on Angie's List. This was my first-time having stucco installed so of course I had many questions. Javier took the time and answered all my questions. I ended the call feeling really excited about the upcoming installation. I was able to choose the color and finish of the stucco. We ended up going with the color "paprika" and chose a fine finish for the stucco. Javier and his awesome team started the project on 11/9/23 and completed the project on 11/10/23. "The most professional company I've ever delt with! Turned our house into a home! I called 13 contractors and Monge Remodeling gave me the most in depth walk through and project scope. He didn't try to cut corners or upcharge me. He was fair and true to his word. We had an old flip house that felt hopeless but now feels like a forever home. "The salesman came to my home and showed me his product and I expressed my concerens and he listen. He explain what could be done and quoted a price. Two weeks later the installers arrived with the windows. They took out the old windows and put in the new and hooked up the alarm system. Next day the finish up crew came and did the needed stucco and said they would return the next day to finish the job. They arrived as scheduled and finished the job. All the way thru this project if I had a question the workers were willing to give me an ans. I also had a number for the salesman and project manager. They were all very neat and cleaned up after themselves.I certainly will use this company again for future projects."

"Contractor was professional, polite and responsive, but he had to return repeatedly to correct leaks.   Biggest problem was the poor quality of the patio cover material and guttering materials.  So thin that it was severely damaged by hail, and gutters sag dramatically whenever there's a heavy rain.  Also we have been told by several contractors that the gutters were installed incorrectly.
