Well all I can say is it went GREAT!!! I had the price the next day and it looked fair to me. I asked when he could start and due to all the rain we had been having I wanted to get the window area patched ASAP. He told me he would be out that very evening to close up the patched area around the window because we had rain coming in that night and he did. We decided to pick out a new color and he arrived as soon as the walls were dry enough to work which was a couple of days.
When he showed up to work he covered up my grill, counters and cabinets thoroughly and put down felt to protect my Sundek. When he started working around the window he noticed the seam where the original stucco was 20' away and just patching without going all the way to the seam would be noticeable, so he re-coated the whole back side of the pool house. That was more than triple what he bid! He showed up every day at 7am or earlier. He called if he thought it might rain and told me he wasn't coming and always kept me in the loop which is very important to me. He even picked up some paint and painted the trim around the window I had installed on the INSIDE of the pool house so everything would look complete.
When he was finished he showed me the extra costs incurred reciting the entire back of the pool house and asked if I could split it with him. He said he understood if I said no because it was his mistake but he did such a great job I was very happy to pay the extra because that is truly what it needed and if he would have seen it to begin with it would have even cost me more.
I tipped him 150.00 because I was so pleased with all the extras he did and would recommend him whole heartedly.

The contractor visited my home to review the scope of work, inspect the work site, answer questions concerning execution of the work and provide a quote. We agreed on a start date and the contractor began work as promised. He scaffolded from the ground to the roof level and then he scaffolded around the chimney to provide a safe working platform on a steep roof slope. During execution of the work, the expertise of the craftsmen were evident. They communicated their work plans and insured the homeowner concurred if the homeowner would be impacted. The craftsmen ensured the work site was cleaned at the end of each work day, trash properly disposed and the open chimney was appropriately covered to prevent water entry from frequent rainstorms. The contractor coordinated his work with the interactive work of a roofing contractor who replaced the chimney flashing and weather cap. Work was timely completed at the quoted price.
Contractor was selected based on his knowledge and commitment to correctly install the stucco and the recommendation of a home builder general contractor.

Eddie Jann, the owner, quoted our residential job. He was very nice and professional. His company does commercial and residential stucco work. He comes with references.
He explained what work was involved and why. Price did not change. His crews were courteous, prompt and thorough. Eddie supervised the job until complete to our satisfaction.
I like the way Eddie does business and would hire Northshore Stucco again without hesitation.
