"Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I am a bit confused as to why we were given a c on price when you purchased a special big deal coupon."
"Thank you for the great review. We enjoyed working with you on this project and look forward to many more in the future."

"You are 100% accurate and we will definitely rectify this for you as you are already scheduled for the repair work. Thank you for your patience."
The flooring in my living room was a thin wood floor that had too many scratches and I was replacing it with laminate to improve the look of this large area before the house went on the market. Anyway, I explained that it was glued down and asked questions about how they would tear it out, etc. Then the workers get there and I get a call that "the floor is glued down!". They tore it out, but it took time and effort. And it was a mess. I'm glad I didn't try this prior to moving out of the house. But they got it done and put down laminate and that looked good for the most part. Except for they did not replace any of the transition pieces. Once I saw the "completed" job with no transitions, I complained and they put down some, only it was an ugly job with transitions that did not match the flooring. Just obviously mismatched junk from leftover pieces they had laying around or something.
I guess it was a mixed bag, the laminate floor did look good in the end, but communication was terrible and it took many visits (time off of work for me) to get the job done.
I may use them again in the future, but they won't be my first choice.
"I hope we will have an opportunity to change your perception of our company in the future. We strive to be the best in our industry and are very disappointed that we have fallen short for you."
cabinets:
tried to change price or would not do work, after paying agreed price of 200 dollars. Wanted 600 to 700 dollars more
After several months they agreed to install plywood shelves only if I bought the wood, finished it and installed the shelf supports.
There labor took only one hour 15 minutes.
Floor thresholds between floors of different heights:
Installed four t-moldings that are too high and rock. We continue to trip on them. They say there is no fix. also molding of two
different colors have been installed.

"Customer provided all materials to be installed. We installed per manufacturers specifications and have explained this multiple times. To change the configuration of the customers cabinets would require a carpenter and additional materials that were not part of the original contract. The bottom of all the cabinets were completely rotten and required them to be reframed which we did at no additional charge to appease this customer. The customer purchased wood that was thicker than his ceramic tile and expected the transition to be completely level, we installed the transitions provided by the customer and assured him this was the industry standard. I feel this review is very unfair to my company."

"The contract was for a painter for 8 hours, my painter worked for 8 hours and provided a quality job. Unfortunately the job could not be completed within this time and we offered another huge discount to resolve this. We cannot function as a business giving away free work as this customer is expecting us to do."
Richard and Darrell did a great job with a home we purchased that had major termite damaged, they re-framed the whole front, built a new platform, re-painted the celling, and walls of the entire house. They also installed new windows, toilets, front and back doors. The cost also included granite counter tops, redoing the staircase rails and spindles. We had numerous sheetrock damage and repairs done in the home, the house looks 100% better since all the work has been done and on time. They worked Monday thru Sunday for three weeks to get to where we?re at now. We have slowed down due placing new cabinets, this was anything with their quote we?re doing this one ourselves and floors. Thanks Richard, Darrel and crew!!
"Thank you, we look forward to working with you on your future projects."
"Thank you for being a terrific customer. We look forward to completing additional work for you in the future."
"This is the first we have heard about something missing, My office will contact you today to get more details on this."
"Thank you for this opportunity, The painter for a day covers any painting below 10 feet high for 8 hours minus a standard lunch and breaks. If your walls required multiple coats to do a professional job this would keep them from being able to paint additional rooms due to the time limits. I will call you to see if this was indeed the case. We look forward to working with you more in the future."
"We would love the opportunity to do additional work for you, Thank you for being a great customer and for this wonderful review."
