They were here from December through mid January and it was more work that we had anticipated.  They did excellent work.  My son in law told me that they just helped me considering what they charged me.  The price was not bad for what they did.  They got in here at nine O’ clock everyday and by five, they were gone.  They even worked on weekends to try to get this stuff together.  They were great workers, really nice and friendly.  The guys had real nice personalities.  They were just great guys.  They were very pleasant to work with.  I would recommend them to anybody.  They were reasonable. 

Countrywide did a great job but not without some issues.

Troy came out on July 11 to look at our roof and give us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable about roofs and was able to quickly assess the entire roof and determine our problem. We had a leak under our carport. It appears that the roofers who installed our roof after Katrina did not lay them correctly on part of our roof - thus causing a leak.
We had another company come out but they did not do the assessment that Troy did. So even though the 2nd company's bid was much less, we decided to go with Country Wide due to their knowledge.
Country Wide asked for a $2300 deposit which my husband gave them. I am never comfortable about giving deposits and would prefer not to.
There was difficult on getting a service date for the work to be done. This was frustrating for us as my husband and I travel a lot and we wanted to be here for the install.
When we shared this with Troy, he was able to give us a date for roof repair. He commented that they were having difficulty getting the shingles. But Troy later called and stated he found some and the instillation was scheduled for later that week.
On the day of install....they arrived on time and the crew seemed to know what they were doing. Additionally, they cleaned up very well after.
My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of work and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair or replaced.

Company liaisoned with my insurance company and was with the insurance adjuster when he inspected the roof for my claim. Upon the approval of the claim, Countrywide re-roofed the house in one day and did an excellent job cleaning up all debris and hauling it away. The people at Countrywide were friendly and communicative, and very helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend them as a roofing contractor.. They even took down my satellite dish and re-mounted it after they were done.

Roofers showed up on time and , as requested, removed the stucco chimney and replaced with metal stacks from each fireplace that had to be repositioned. The rotted plywood roofing was skillfully replaced and area was re-roofed. They were quick and did a great job...I highly recommend for any roofing related job and home improvement/remodelling task!!
