Money is tight so the$130 fee was hard but it can be applied to future work when they come for the repair/replacement. The contact person did not give me an false hopes and waste time that they would come sooner than the appointment. They called when they were on their way to be sure someone was home for the appointment. Will share more when the repairs are complete.
