"Bruce was super friendly and went the extra mile in helping us get a warranty replacement hot water heater. Rheem wanted to just replace the elements but Bruce took pictures to show them it was more than just faulty elements. He took care of all the communication with Rheem and Home Depot. Thanks to him we got a replacement hot water heater under the warranty. It was installed on time and all the work was done in a professional manner. "quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."
