Jonathan of Brooks Plumbing did a great job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and he stayed with the estimate that he quoted to us.

Hired Brooks Plumbing to repair a broken sewage line that had already been dug up and the leak identified. Brooks recommends first auguring the drain to clear a downstream clog. They quoted $250 and I agreed, as they were the experts. They said they spent over an hour so the cost was now $350 and they recommended scheduling an excavator to dig up my sewage line as the cable auger could not unclog it. I requested they shut down the job and paid them $350 with my cracked pipe still unfixed. The next morning, I went to Harbor Freight and bought a large drain cleaning bladder for $8 thinking it was worth a try. It had the drain unclogged in less than 5 minutes. I still need to hire a plumber to repair the cracked sewer line that Brooks did not fix. The one good thing I will say about Brooks is they correctly diagnosed the downstream clog. They were, however, unable to fix it, recommended unnecessary digging up my yard and failed to fix the cracked pipe they were sent there for.

Jonathan and Daniel was able to accommodate my repair in between two jobs due for which I appreciated because of the repair needed I had to turn my water off. So, getting this repair done was of utmost important. The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional. They completed the job to my satisfaction. They seemed very knowledgeable of what they were doing working in concert with each other. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

This was only an inspection and attempt to locate a leaking pipe, and give me repair alternatives. Money is tight so the$130 fee was hard but it can be applied to future work when they come for the repair/replacement. The contact person did not give me an false hopes and waste time that they would come sooner than the appointment. They called when they were on their way to be sure someone was home for the appointment. Will share more when the repairs are complete. The young man was honest and gave me information I expected and did not try to sell or push me into major repairs that would be very pricey.

Fast and reliable. These guys rerouted plumbing for shower, re-plumbed the drain, installed toilet, bathroom sink and shower parts. Did a great job. Easy to work with these guys!

Very happy with their work. The communication on when they could come was a little lacking. On Saturday was told should be able to come Tuesday. No one called that day or returned my call. The worked called me on Wednesday yo let me know they were on their way. Once here did great work.
