"Richard, the owner, came to give us an estimate to finish the flooring we had started installing ourselves. He measured every room, discussed any areas we were concerned about, and gave us an estimate before he left our home. In his estimate, all materials included, or not included were stated clearly. He was professional and punctual. His work crew was able to start when they said they would start. They worked a full day each day. Able's office manager called every day to see if we were satisfied with the day's work, and if we had any concerns. Richard came over once during the installation, and then came after the installation was completely finished. He was professional, precise, and his crew was courteous.
