I want to add that prior to calling SES, I went in the attic myself to look at the drip pan.  So did the first two men from SES.  The pan appeared dry to us.  An AC expert was what was needed for this diagnosis.  Shawn always has the right person available.

"This was a rush job. The prior contractor for cabinets scammed me. RH & MS, LLC had 2 days to rip all out and install the bottom cabinets for the counter top guys to come in and measure. The wall behind the sink was completely molded and had to come out (unexpected extra). They worked extra hours on the weekend to make sure that the cabinets (all cabinets) were in before the measurement for counter tops were done! this was an excellent effort on all trades involved. I send pictures to contractor to post. Now its up to me to have them back and install crown molding for cabinets (should have ask Michael in the first place if I need them). Great Job!
