About an hour later, the AC man appeared and went into the attic, saw that the AC drip pan was clogged and overflowing, and addressed the problem.

I want to add that prior to calling SES, I went in the attic myself to look at the drip pan.  So did the first two men from SES.  The pan appeared dry to us.  An AC expert was what was needed for this diagnosis.  Shawn always has the right person available.
