"Initially, I thought Gerardo was the contractor for us. He was very nice, seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We needed a full renovation for an investment property that we were going to purchase. I am a licensed realtor/investor. Gerardo came over with his crew and promised to get us an estimate in 1 week. 2 weeks passed. During that time, I called him everyday, no answer. I went to put in an offer on the house and suddenly it was pending sale. The house came with all materials to repair within purchase price and most work had already been done. Every bone in my body is telling me that Gerardo snaked us and either took the property for himself or has something to do with the house being snatched from us. He refused to take my or my husbands calls to this day. This company is not trust worthy and definitely not investor reliable. Would not recommend to anyone!"

We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. He responded back to me once I responded to Angi asking about my experience is when he returned the call. He came out on Wednesday, later than planned, but okay, I understood his reasoning, he arrived, seems to be a nice guy, he looked at the shed and said, I think we can do this, I joking said, not think, you know you got this! I wish I would have stopped right there! I asked about jacks, he said, his other guy had the jacks, he got a long steel piece of steel to use to lift my shed, I bought some stones that I liked from Home Depot, he told me thise were too nice to use, I said to him, I like nice! He became so angry, told me he could put it back like he found it! Basically dismantled my shed for $650 Not Leveled! "
