Mister Sparky charged me $700 to fix five outlets and they charged me $100 for a membership thing that I didn't ask for. They gave me a generic receipt, I want the breakdown. They did not give me the Angie's List discount. They are not honest people. I didn't like it because they lied to me. But they did a superior job. They did a really good job.

Efficient and responsive. Finished rough-in of kitchen remodel in one day and will be back to compete job once cabinets are in place.

Dave was our man. He was awesome . He was very professional and did the job quickly and neatly. I would hire them again but I would only want Dave to do the work!

Very fast and professional. They wanted the business because they contacted me before I could contact the first electrician on the Angie’s list- somehow they got an alert from Angie’s list that someone was looking for an electrician. The only issue is the fan we bought was too small for the hole already there. They installed it anyway and now I have to repair the Sheetrock. If I had known it was too small before they installed it I could have gotten a different one, but they said I would have to pay for the visit anyway. I thought the price was a lot for the time spent (over $500), but maybe that is just what electricians cost today.

OUTSTANDING. Jeremy, my technician was the absolute most professional I have met in the "Electrician's" function in many years. Jeremy is one of the few who takes pride in his attention to detail and when someone tells you they love what they do and never worked another day in their life, you scored a 10 with this pick.

The electrician showed us the problem and explained everything clearly. He was great!

He mentioned a quote, but never gave one. Since the work was not that difficult, I assumed it wouldn't be outrageous. He showed up 30 minutes after his window that he was supposed to be there and the work took approximately 90 minutes. The bill was over $800.00. Previous work done by my electrician that has recently passed away would have run in the $200-300 range. GET A QUOTE BEFORE WORK IS DONE!

I'm real happy so far. The first two jobs went fairly quickly the last one was a bit of a bear. They were dedicated, stuck to it and really went above and beyond. They are prompt. They are committed and stay as long as it takes. They go beyond what is absolutely required of them. They seem interested in what you need and not what they quoted.

Dave was extremely courteous and thorough. He searched the attic and under the house to confirm that the problematic line was indeed dead and then rerouted the outlet through the other pair of wires that were feeding the light switch.

Overall went very well. Panel was replaced at an acceptable price & in a timely manner. Running new circuits seemed a little pricey but was done well. After completion of job the electrician said someone would come "in a couple of weeks" to make sure all connections were tight & to check the load balancing. Never came. I called after a few months to check when they were coming, the lady who answered said "someone would call me back". They never called. Overall, job was done well & in a timely, professional manner. Follow-up was a little lacking, although somewhat my fault as I didn't pursue it.

The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful during the planning process and very efficient when installing. Everything looks and works great and if I need more electrical I would surly call them.

Very knowledgeable and professional serviceman. Job was done in under an hour! The cost of this service was outrageous!!! Because this is a national company the rate is determined on this basis. $465 is overkill for less than an hours work!!!

I find them a little expensive but they always show up and do the work and that's comforting. I live alone so I need someone to do the work. I've used them three times. They serve their purpose very well.

Installation went very smoothly.

Fantastic! Dave came back at the agreed upon date and time and got right to work. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that he did. I appreciate that Dave was very respectful of my home and he seemed genuinely concerned that I was pleased with the work that was done. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. I will absolutely use Mister Sparky in the future for any electrical work that I need to have done and I will have no problem enthusiastically recommending them to friends and family.

The work was well done and timely.

Jeremy was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. It took him a while to find the problem but when he did he explained exactly what was needed and then did the work quickly. He is an exceptional employee in all ways that he handled the problem and we will certainly hire this company any time we have a problem.. The company is lucky to have him as an employee.

It's a bathroom ventilator, light and a heater type thing. Then I also had an attic ventilator, where it draws the hot air out of your attic, at the same time. They do a great job, they're very professional, but I just think they're really priced up. I just thought it was mighty high, but they were clean, they were neat. The guys had uniforms.

Fantastic Found and fixed problem in 30 minutes. Extremely honest, fair and excellent quality of work. Christian was great :)
