Place is unorganized. Spoke to Leslie, scheduler about an heater issue. She shared with me the process, technician goes out, informs her of the issue & prices to fix, she informs the client. No of this happened with me, all I got was a $200 bill for brushes off debris to ensure connection. Said there was before and after photos .. none. After speaking with Mervin he stated it would have been better to replace instead of clean. So why not offer than instead of “brushing” debris and then wanting to charge me for replacement? Now Leslie is texting me saying Mervin still hasn’t be able to contact me. So disorganized and classic used car salesman tactic.

Hagerman Services has proven to be one of the most reliable and professional HVAC companies that I have done business with. My most recent service was air duct cleaning and I have noticed a tremendous difference in the reduction of dust that settles on my furniture as well as less issues with my allergies. I will continue to use Mike and Hagerman for all my HVAC needs.
