"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like.
