"Five stars are simply not enough to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Reliable Plumbing. After multiple other companies failed me, their team quickly and professionally solved my drain clog issue, and supplied and installed my new tankless water heater. The technician was was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything throughout the process, and I love that they are a family owned business. "Rick contacted me immediately, set an appointment right away, was extremely professional, did full disclosure on potential problems that might be encountered due to age of plumbing, did the work quickly, and cleaned up so well it was like he was never there. He went out of his way to find a replacement tub spout because the original type is no longer available, and he made a second trip to install it by my hoped-for deadline. I found his bill to be quite reasonable for the time and effort involved. I have recommended him to others already and am looking forward to having him do some more extensive work in a partial bathroom remodel within the next month or so. NO complaints at all!
