Matthew came out and replaced the sump pump. It has never worked. We have called numerous times, texted and left messages to no avail. On many occasions, his phone is out of service. I did actually speak with him and he promised to come out. Never did despite my follow-up calls. Very disappointed. Felt we were ripped off by the cost initially. Found on Angis and were charged $125 for estimate which was never discussed. He did apply to overall charge but that too was overcharged.

Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and gave me good advice. With my basin, he did have to put a new faucet and the best lines and valves for each one. I also needed to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen. He also put new lines and valves in. I needed him to check out the dishwasher since no water gets inside it. It turned out it is the water pump. He did advise me to get a new one since getting it fixed would end up costing more. I have him due to have another project next month.

Professional, courteous, clean, responded rapidly. I will be using the business again.

Matt with Rubi's Residential Plumbing came and did some caulking work on my toilets for me. He was on time and I was very pleased with the work. He also checked all the other plumbing fixtures in my house to make sure there were no problems. I will definitely call on him again for any plumbing needs I have.

Hired Rubiâ s to fix my toilets bc they were wobbly and leaking. Also had very low water pressure coming from all faucets. He fixed everything fast easy and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend.

Matt was prompt and efficient. After numerous plumbers told me that there was no solution for my frozen pipes, Matt fixed the problem and fixed replaced some parts that needed to be updated. He made sure he covered everything and that everything was working well before he left.

Wonderful friendly small business. The owner is polite and professional while the services were reasonably priced. It was the fastest quality work Iâ ve experienced from a plumbing company. Overall a pleasant experience, I will undoubtedly call them again in the foreseeable future.
