We recently purchased this 2 story, 3500 sq ft home with walk out basement and it had not been washed in 15 yrs! Tree sap staining was horrendous! They washed the house, concrete pads (2), and sidewalks as well as cleaned the gutters. I was even told that doing the package that I bought wouldn't do much at all and they were surprised I wasn't told over the phone while I was scheduling the appointment. I told them no each time and eventually they understood that I wasn't playing hard ball.
