I requested a technician to come to check my Air conditioner as my electric bill was higher compared to the last year.. he found nothing wrong with the system. I suggested to him that it might be the newly installed ecobee4 thermostat. He checked the wiring was good. He found out that it's set up to auxiliary heat as primary and reprogrammed it and charged me 210 dollars without letting me know it will be that expensive prior to the reprogramming... Imagine, 5-minute setup of the thermostat and they charge you 210 dollars.. I will never recommend them to anyone"

"We called Dauenhauer to have someone diagnose low hot water pressure in the kitchen faucet. Nate found a blockage in the tubing but also noticed a leak in the faucet and suggested replacing the faucet along with the tubing. This saved us from needing a second service call in the future. As the faucet is customer supplied, we were able to purchase one based on their recommendation. Nate and Jason returned a day later and were prompt, polite, and efficient.
