Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "Excellent experience with this company. We tried getting a hold of a different plumber 3 different times with no return call so when I was able to call J&L, talk to someone right away & schedule my service, I was ecstatic. The 2 guys that came were very polite, friendly and professional. They fixed our issue quickly & efficiently. It was a leak in our upstairs shower, so they did have to cut a hole in our ceiling to access the pipe & while they don't repair the hole, they took the drywall down neatly & were able to put it back up so it just requires a little bit of patching. I would definitely recommend them & will call them back the next time I have a plumbing issue."
