We called Alex for slow drains in our older house. He came out promptly and diagnosed collapsed clay pipes. The very next day he and his apprentice replaced them with PVC and we were back in business. He was professional, responsive, an incredibly hard worker and charged fairly. Worth every penny! Highly recommend him!

My problem started with what I thought was a broken water heater, and Alex called me to go over the problem. It was during freezing weather and bunches of snow, so he said he would come out ASAP but gave me suggestions of what to do in the meantime. The next day I woke up with no water and called him back. Again, crazy busy day, but he fit me in which was such a relief. He diagnosed the problem in 5 min and helped me fix it in no time. 100% will call again, Iâ ve already told everyone I talk to that I have a plumber if they need one.
