I met with four contractors before I chose Louisville City Handyman (LCH), one whose reputation deemed them experts in remodeling 100-year-old homes in my neighborhood. Their quote was very close between LCH, but what sold me on LCH was how the contractor, Keenan, communicated with me during the quote assessment, and I am so glad I decided to move forward with him. Keenan was highly communicative, ALWAYS punctual, showed up every day (for over three months), gave up-to-date updates every week, cleaned up after every shift, and on top of all that, he was really pleasant to be around. Our plan for the addition came closer to the property boundaries than the dated zoning rules allowed for. DDR got us approved for the variance and permits we needed with no problems. The workers were all very nice, polite, and courteous to me and my wife. They kept the rest of the house clean while they worked and were very responsive to our questions and ideas.
