Closets By Design did a wonderful job, start to finish. My designer, Suzanne, took the time to listen and provided concrete options to meet my needs. She also did a revised design for me in order to bring the cost within my budget - balancing my priorities while keeping within my price point. Out installer did an excellent job as well. He was extremely courteous and professional - working and finishing our project in a timely manner. He did a beautiful job with our pantry installation and left his workspaces inside and outside spotless.

Highly recommend. Riza came to our new home, assessed our space and provided options and her recommendations. We were shown 3D renders of the space and able to make an informed decision with her help. Once we decided what we wanted, the process was very smooth. We waited about 4 weeks for the materials to come in and once they did, the install took about 2 days and took place while i was at work.

Riza did an excellent job designing what we needed and wanted in a master closet. The installers were nice and did great installing everything.

I really enjoyed my experience working with their designer (Riza) on my primary closet update. She measured the space perfected and brought my dream closet to life exactly as I imagined it (down to the soft close drawers and exact hardware. I am what you call a “Repeat Customer”. I loved the job they did in my current home, I used them for my new home construction. My design consultant was Tarrah and she has done a most awesome job. Her guidance and follow through have been outstanding. The closets for the two master closets look amazing as does the garage. Tarrah worked patiently with me as we came upon the perfect layout for all 3 areas. She ran multi layouts before construction started and then after the drywall was in place to ensure all fit. Closets By Design installed our master closet and we could not be happier!!! Everything about the experience was top notch and handled very professional. Installers came on two different occasions. They were always prompt, professional, and very neat and clean. We were very satisfied dealing with Riza. She came to the house twice during the pandemic; was always prompt, professional, and patient. When we explained our needs, she measured and designed and discussed her ideas with us explaining as she went along. She scheduled the installation and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. Our house is new construction and small; Riza was able to give us more storage than we thought possible. Also, thanks to Skaggs Appliances in Corydon for recommending Closets by Design. We enjoyed the time spent with Riza.

Rachel was on time to my appointment, took measurements and, to my surprise, immediately started collaborating with me. She was able to have a 3D design rendered the same day with a quote. She’s very talented. The installers were punctual and professional and it took them two days to complete our closet! We love it!
